It is really important for us to engage with the residents of mid and south Essex but more importantly we need to know what you think about the services you use and how we can improve them.

But what do we do with all the insight we have gathered?

The Insight Bank is our new way to store the information we have gathered, not just our insight, but that from our partners across the ICS. As we grow and develop more insight it will be stored here too, and available on our website for everyone to see and use.
