How Essex County Council allocates its funds in the year 2023/24 will soon be decided – and it wants you to give your views.
It has launched its budget consultation as it sets out how to spend more than £2billion – with half of this amount alone due to fund adult and children’s social care alone.
The money also includes funding for essential services – investment in road, libraries, school buildings a future growth.
