Friends and Family Test
Mid and South Essex ICB is working to ensure patients get the right treatment at the place and the right time.
The Referral Support Service (RSS) team support patients with their referral telephone querying, referral status and seeking an appointment sooner, if willing to travel elsewhere and signpost patients. The RSS work with local GP practices and the local hospitals, and aim is to offer an efficient and a problem free service for patients. The RSS administrative team have good knowledge on services and are friendly and helpful.
The Referral Support Service operation hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm. The telephone number for patients is 0300 123 0771.
